How do I book a day of paintball?

(24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to check availability and book your event. You can also email us and we will call you straight back (or call you at a particular time for your convenience). Another option is to drop into your nearest paintball centre and speak to the manager. Please note: it is essential you call in advance and make an appointment before visiting your preferred centre.
When should I book?
To avoid disappointment please book as far in advance as possible. This will ensure that you get the best chance of playing paintball on your preferred date. We will always try our very best given short notice but the earlier you let us know the better the chance you have of securing your perfect day of paintballing
Can I move my booking date once I’ve booked?
If you wish to move your date, speak to our booking office on 0203 869 9285 as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
Unfortunately not. Once a booking has been confirmed with payment it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What if we arrive late?
Please let us know as soon as possible on 0203 869 9285 if your group is running late and we will do our utmost to get you started when we can. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will be able to play so please do your very best to make sure you arrive on time.
What do I need to bring on the day?
You should wear older, loose and comfortable clothing. Bear in mind you will also be wearing a combat suit
so use sound judgement around weather, temperature, etc on the day. The combat suit will help to protect your clothing but as you can imagine from playing an outdoor sport involving paint, your Sunday best probably wouldn’t be appropriate! Also, the combat suit isn’t waterproof so we suggest you consider wearing a waterproof layer during rainy periods. Players should also consider wearing waterproof boots with decent ankle support and deep treads – perfect footwear for all weather woodland conditions – Wellington boots are also a good option if you prefer. Lunch, extra paintballs, smoke grenades (for players aged 18+ years) and other items are available for sale on the day – so remember to bring some money or a debit/credit card with you. We have lockers on site for your valuables but whenever possible leave any non-essential items at home. (Please note: we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only. Fees apply to the use of credit and debit cards).
What equipment do you provide?
We will issue you with a padded combat suit that comes complete with a protective collar for your neck. You will also be issued a set of paintball goggles
that completely enclose the head – so no need to be concerned about paintballs hitting delicate areas. Lightweight body armour and armoured gloves can be purchased for a small fee along with other items such as smoke and paint grenades (for players aged 18+ years only). Please note: we accept cash and credit/debit cards verified by PIN only.
Can I bring my own paintball equipment?
Some equipment is acceptable however other items are not. Our policy is to leave the decision down to the centre manager. So when in doubt it’s probably best to phone ahead and discuss the details in advance to avoid disappointment. You may bring your own paintball goggles – provided they have been designed specifically for paintball games
and have not been modified in any way. You may also bring your own gun if you have arranged a private game and only if it can operate from our gas bottles – we do not allow guests to bring their own gas bottles. As always, the centre manager’s decision is final and the gun will be subjected to a chronograph test.
Can I bring my own paintballs?
For health and safety reasons – and to maintain a consistent safety standard across all centres – you can only use paintballs issued by our paintball centre on the day of your event
How many paintballs will I need?
The average use across the entire the company (by juniors and adults) is 400-500 paintballs per person per day. You can purchase paintballs
at the centre throughout the day, during breaks and between games. Please remember that the numbers quoted are an average and depend entirely on your own personal playing style.
How can I purchase additional items on the day?
Additional items such as paintballs, lunch, gloves and paintball grenades (for players aged 18+ years) can be purchased from the shop with cash or card (verified by pin only). Please note we do not accept payments by cheque.
Is paintball suitable for children?
We take the safety of our guests very seriously and believe that parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether it’s suitable for their children. To help you with this, we have prepared an Information for Parents Guide

What is the minimum age?
The minimum age of all players on the date of the game is between 8-10 years old – depending on the location chosen and event type. For mini paintball
the minimum age is 8 years old. For regular paintball
the minimum age is 10 years old. This means that we consider regular paintball events to be suitable for 11th birthday parties, but not for 10th birthday parties
(where some of those invited are likely to be 9 years of age).
Is paintballing safe?
and level of supervision provided at our centres makes paintball safe for any player, regardless of age. In fact the only reason we have age restrictions at our centres is because of the weight of the equipment – which could be an issue for some younger children. Younger people may find the game a little intimidating at first – even some adults find the hairs on the back of their neck standing up when a wave of ‘enemy’ players surges towards them guns blazing! If you are in any doubt, please drop by one of the centres on a weekend and have a look for yourself – the Centre Manager would be delighted to arrange a tour for you and answer any questions you may have. Please remember to call ahead and arrange the tour in advance.
What food and drink is available at the centre?
Free tea and coffee is provided all day at our centres. We also provide a hot and fresh 9″ personal pizza for lunch that costs £4.99. Everyone who would like a pizza will be asked on the day to specify either Margherita (cheese and tomato – the vegetarian option) or Pepperoni (the meat option). Players will also be asked to decide whether or not they wish to order a pizza by 11.00am on the day of their event – this is to give the chefs in the pizza shops time to prepare and deliver their creations. There is also a snack shop at each centre where you can purchase chocolates, drinks, crisps, and more.
Can we bring alcohol to the centre?
Absolutely not. No alcohol is permitted at our paintball centres
. Any players who are suspected of drinking or being under the influence of any illegal substances will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the centre.
What days are you open?
Most of our centres are open almost 365 days a year. We do strongly recommend booking
your desired date well in advance to avoid disappointment. To check availability, please contact the booking office on 0203 869 9285
What happens on the day?
On arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have completed registration forms you will be kitted out with all the gear needed for the day and attend a compulsory safety briefing. Then the action starts! You will play 12-14 varied games during a full day session, with short refreshment breaks in-between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics! For your convenience a detailed itinerary

Do I need to fill out a registration form?
Yes. All players are required to complete a registration form
before they can play. Players under 16 years must have their form signed by an adult. We suggest you print and send these forms out with any invitations. The other parents should then return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of the event.
How many players do I need to bring?
Any size is fine. There is no minimum or maximum number of players required (although we may require a minimum spend level in order to open a paintball centre for a midweek game). You will be joined by other players on the day to make up a balanced team. To have a private paintball game playing against members of your own group only, you will need to bring a minimum of 40 players, or pay an additional fee.
Will my child be playing with adults?
Where possible players will join a group of similar ages. However, there are often groups of mixed ages (when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc). Please speak with your centre manager if you have any concerns.
I want to book but I’m unsure how many players will attend on the day. What can I do?
You can make your booking now
for the players that you have confirmed. This will allow you to secure your desired game date. You can then add additional players to the booking up until a few days before your event.
What if I get lost trying to find the centre?
Our centres are often located in rural areas. We strongly suggest that drivers print off the directions from our website and bring them along with them. The routes we provide are for guidance only so please always consult your own map and plan accordingly. If you do have trouble finding the centre, call us on 0203 869 9285 (Calls are charged at Lo-Call Rate) and one of our friendly members of staff will help you find your centre.
Please note that our Head Office is based in Surrey and may not be aware of specific incidents in your area – such as road closures and road works. However, we will always be able to put you in contact with someone who can help you further.
What happens if it rains?
The paintball games
go ahead regardless in all weather conditions. Each game zone is based outdoors
in woodland areas – so we recommend you bring wet weather gear and sturdy boots with ankle support and deep tread. Some players may opt for the comfort of Wellington boots over the safety of boots with ankle support. It is also advisable to bring a spare pair of shoes and clothes to go home in. There are sheltered areas and lockers available to hire in the base camp where you can store your gear between games. Players may also like to wear a thin waterproof layer of clothing under the combat suit we issue you for the day.
What times do we play?
A full day is from 9:15am until approximately 4pm at most of our centres. The day may end sooner during winter months when daylight hours are shorter.
What happens if a player doesn’t show up on the day and I have already paid for them?
Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I use the paintballs if a player doesn’t show up on the day and I have already paid for them?
Unfortunately not. The paintballs act as your deposit, so if anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited for the day.
